De FORMA is ingedeeld in energie-efficiëntieklasse A+, wat garant staat voor een zuinige verbranding en een hoog rendement. De kachel is volledig luchtdicht en kan de verbrandingslucht van buitenaf aanzuigen. Hierdoor is hij ruimteluchtonafhankelijk en geschikt voor goed geïsoleerde of passiefhuizen. Uiteraard voldoet hij ook aan de strenge normen van de 1.BImSchV niveau 2, waarmee hij bijdraagt aan een schonere leefomgeving.
Warmte die blijft hangen
Voor wie nog meer uit zijn kachel wil halen, is de FORMA optioneel uit te rusten met een accumulatiemassa. Deze warmte-opslag zorgt ervoor dat de warmte langer behouden blijft, ook nadat het vuur al is gedoofd. Zo geniet je van een aangenaam binnenklimaat zonder constant bij te hoeven vullen.
Flexibele installatie
De FORMA biedt flexibiliteit bij de plaatsing dankzij de optionele rookgasafvoer aan de bovenzijde. Dit geeft meer vrijheid in de opstelling en zorgt ervoor dat de kachel zich gemakkelijk aanpast aan jouw woning.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
