JAcobus 6
De kleine JAcobus kan een vermogen leveren van 3,5 tot 7 kW. Het vermogen is door u zelf aan te passen door meer of minder hout te stoken. Als u veel hout stookt en de JAcobus 6 zijn piekvermogen van 7 kW bereikt, kan hij ruimtes tot wel 120 m³ verwarmen.

De JAcobus 6 is momenteel één van de best verkochte houthaarden en dat is niet zonder reden. Deze kachel heeft een aantal eigenschappen waardoor hij uitblinkt ten opzichte van andere houthaarden.
In de categorie houthaarden hebben de JAcobus haarden het hoogste rendement. Dit komt onder andere doordat de toegevoerde lucht voorverwarmd wordt door de haard zelf. Een reflecterende laag op de ruit zorgt er daarnaast voor dat de warmte beter in de kachel blijft.
Pellets stoken in een houtkachel?
Stel, u heeft geen (goed) hout op voorraad, of wilt uw kachel langdurig laten branden zonder bij te vullen. Dan is het handig als u uw JAcobus houtkachel kunt laten branden op pellets. Daarom bieden wij een ‘hybride module’ aan voor de JAcobus. In een handomdraai bouwt u de JAcobus daarmee om naar een pelletkachel. Hout stoken blijft daarbij gewoon mogelijk!
Korter of langer?
Vanaf heden zijn de JAcobus kachels ingekort of verlengd verkrijgbaar. U kunt dit zelf naar eigen smaak invullen. Let op: bij gebruik van externe luchttoevoer kunnen de pootjes met maximaal 17 cm worden verlaagd!

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
